i attended oucc-bm (osmania unversity college of commerce and business management, OU) only on 4 days as a student of full-time mba course (class of 99)!!! the days in chronological order were : our fresher's day, our seniors farewell day, our juniors freshers party and our farewell day!!! but i made great friends (or customers??) over there and i wrote this poem on the occasion of our seniors see-off party to
all the mighty seniors


when we first entered the beautiful campus
we were strangers to one another

on the day of the freshers
we realized that we were in the company of masters

as we mastered the niceties of marketing strategy
we all moved closer like the members of a family

learning finance was a cake-walk
with your expert guidance

that plain old economics became our hot favorite
in your enchantful company

even those long meandering chats at the canteen
enlightened our fledgling souls

to imagine that you would not stay with us for long
wipes out the spirit from our souls

now that the time has come to say good-bye to each other
we wish we had all stayed together for a life time
but destiny tells no one shall stay together forever

your advice, guidance and support will be among those
few things that would dwell our hearts for a life-time

with lots of love
